She was predeceased by: her parents, William Turner and Iva Marie Turner (Butterfield); her husband Herschel "Hank" Hartley; her daughters, Jean Penn and Nancy Johnston; her son-in-law Greg Kern, Sr.; and her brothers, James Turner (Helen), Charles Turner, Bobby and Billy Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Kern; her son-in-law Don Johnston; and her siblings, Jane Davis (Donald), Mike Turner (Linda) and Darl Turner (Connie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to American Cancer Society.
