She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Middleton and Ruth Middleton (McCray); her husband Charles Burelison; her daughter Pamela Burelison-Sparks; her granddaughter Melissa Sparks; and her siblings, Joan Lussenhop, Norma Brotherton, Richard Middleton and Donald Middleton.
She is survived by: her children, Garry Burelison, Christine Green (Jerry) and Robin Hively (Barry); and her sisters, Bonnie Muncey and Shirley Radke. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Barbara to Humane Society of Whitley County.
