He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blacker and Louise Blacker (Bowen); and his son Gary Blacker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Doke; his daughters, Terri Brown of Frankfort and Kathy Sterling of Colfax; and his grandchildren, Stacy Goins (Dan) of Colfax and Jason Hurless (Lindsey) of Advance.
