He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David G. Sloan and Wanda Richmond. He is survived by: his parents, David Sloan and Staci Orem (Bolen); his son Jaxon Orem of Melbourne, FL; his sister Mindy (Adriana); his stepsisters, Mandy Russell of Anderson and Michelle Cross of Anderson; his grandparents, Ida Bolen of Colfax and P. J. Bolen (Rita) of Frankfort; his aunts and uncles, Glen Bolen, Terry Bolen, Sheri Hutchison, Nancy Krause and Virginia Castaneda; and his nephew Alex Bratton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in care of the family to assist with funeral expenses.
