She was predeceased by: her mother Trina Coy (White); and her father-in-law Larry Arnold. She is survived by: her father Bill Coy of Frankfort; her former husband Steve Smith; her husband Travis R. Arnold of Colfax; her daughters, Caitlyn Smith (Keenan Kanatzer) of Frankfort and Hailey Smith of Frankfort; her stepson Taylor Arnold (Kendra) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Rylan Kanatzer, Raelynn Owens, Jocelyn and Dean Arnold; her siblings, Nevin Coy of Frankfort and Sandy Coy (Robb Thompson) of Frankfort; her mother-in-law Brenda Harshbarger; and her close friend Rita Huffer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Heather's honor may be made to the Arnold family to assist with funeral expenses.
