He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Birge and Wilma Bernice Birge (Cox). He is survived by: his spouse Carol Ann Walton; his daughters, Heather Ann Bishop (Mark) of Colfax and Michelle Leigh Gryn (Jason) of Florida; his grandchildren, Hunter Allen Bishop, Haley Michelle Bishop and Joseph Thomas Gryn; and his brother Phillip Lewis Birge (Roxy Ann) of Frankfort.
