He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Barnaby and Maud Barnaby; his son Mark Barnaby; and his sisters, Phyllis Miller and Beulah Barnaby.

He is survived by: his wife Marcia Barnaby of Colfax; his son Larry E. Barnaby (Chris) of Parrottsville, TN; and his niece Becky Barnaby of Southern Indiana.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
