She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary McClintic (Neal) and Frank Biggs; her husband Keith Cooper; her grandchildren, Janice Kukman and Joseph Kukman III; and her brother Mahlon Biggs.
She is survived by: her children, Debbra Kukman (Joe), Joe Settles, Rosann Cooper Settles and Brian Cooper; her grandchildren, Arminta Kukman, Joshua Settles (Charla), Jeremy Settles (Leah), Krystin Rines (Tyler), Justin Cooper and Kayla Cooper; her great grandchildren, Jordan Settles, Emma Settles, Alexandria Settles, Quinn Rines, Derek Lehr, Shavonna Romandine (Dylan) and Tristen Lehr (Ashley); her great great grandchildren, Jasper, Elena, Dave, Rosalina and Brooklyn; and her siblings, David Biggs and Donna Prather. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stilesville Christian Church.
