He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos O. Hostetler and Thersa Hostetler; his former wife Donna Kornhaus; his siblings, Marie, Betty, Dorothy, Maurice, Merrill, Melvin, Mark and Maufred; and his son Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Hostetler (Johnston); his brother Mervin Hostetler (Margaret); his children, Eric Hostetler (Maretta), Laurel Schultz, Dennis Glasgo and Timothy Glasgo; his grandchildren, Eric Cottey (Amber), Paige Schultz, Thomas Hostetler (Abby), Tyler Hostetler, Keean Hostetler, Cierra Romanidi (Gilmour), Kayla Gilmour and Haley Gilmour; and his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Octavia, Aaryiannah, Ayaan, Jordan, Taylor and Winnie.
