She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Phillips and Lelia Elmina Kersey Phillips; and her son Kevin Lynn Phillips. She is survived by: her son Steve Phillips (Vicky); her grandson Ethan Phillips (Samantha Carter); her sisters, Darlene Miller, Ronda Heckel (Tom), Kathy Kunkel and Teri Gutherie; and her close friend Jim West. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
