Larry Cole Obituary

Larry Cole passed away on February 16, 2024. He was born on January 26, 1951 to Mabel (Laken) Dillon and Elmer Cole. Larry had a very strong faith in God, and he lived his faith. He was an extremely honest man. He loved working in his garden and using his tractor. He was a jokester and enjoyed putting smiles on people's faces. He was an animal lover and always tried to make the best of every situation. Larry drove a semi truck from the time he was 18 years old. At Yellow Freight he earned the nickname "Doc" by signing sick notes for his fellow drivers.

Larry is survived by his wife Joyce (Webster) Cole; 3 children Laurie (Joseph) Monnett, Matt Cole, and Mark (Tammy) Cole; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.

Larry's visitation will be held at the Bousley Funeral Home on Friday, February 23rd 11AM-1PM with service at 1PM. Burial will follow in Amo Cemetery.
