He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira N. Swisher and Lucille M. Swisher; his wife Norma K Sering; and his son Donald Allen Swisher. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sherry Allene Swisher of Cross Hill, SC; and his children, Diana Kay Stuckey (Steven) of Bainbridge, OH, Charles Aaron Swisher (Linda) of Rockville, IN and Mary Margaret Moran (James) of St. Joseph, Mi. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Whitestone Christian Church or other charity of donor's choice in John's memory.
