He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wesseler Rose McGinnis; his children, James McGinnis, Jr., Pamela Fox, Deborah Aspberger and Eric D. McGinnis; his stepchildren, Dawn Holley, Bronson Rose, Sharena Schmidt and Anna Chimento; and his siblings, Patty Rowe and Mike McGinnis. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
