He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ernest Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew L. Salapek and Stacy Miller Salapek; his brother Collin J. Salapek of Warren, PA.; and his grandparents, Diana Krinjeck Nesbitt, Michael Nesbitt, Joseph Salapek, Debbie Stoddard Salapek of Warren, PA. and Several. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles.
