He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Mazur (Zak) and Stephen Mazur. He is survived by: his wife Martha Mazur (Scheid); his sons, David Jr. Mazur, Rob Mazur (Suzanne) and Richard "Bud" Mazur (Stacey); his grandchildren, Zack, Elliott Fowler, Gwen Skillern (Alan), Maddie Mazur, Ethan Mazur, Jack and Syrci Abbott; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Nicholas and Beckham Fowler; and his brother Phillip Mazur (Becky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
