He was predeceased by: his parents, June Summerlot (Cooper) and Lewis Summerlot; and his brothers, Ivan and Galen Summerlot. He is survived by: his wife Janice Summerlot (Leonard); his children, Duane Summerlot (Kathy), Dana Northern (Vince), Dennis Summerlot (Deborah), Jena Barnett (David) and Kari Summerlot; and his brothers, Everly Summerlot and Marlin Summerlot (Sandy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
