He is survived by: his children, Byron Lew Grimes (Louella) and Bonnie Jean Flater (Shane); his grandchildren, Hunter Lew Grimes and Addison Jean Flater; his close friend Loretta Huff; and also, Mark Tharp, Connie Clodfelter, Dan Tharp and Jane York.
