She is survived by: her husband David Boes; and her children, Connie Layne (Michael) of Waterford, WI, Bobby Swafford (Beverly) of Trafalgar, IN, Mike Swafford (Heather) of Coatesville, IN and Janay Rasor (Nevin) of Milwaukee, WI.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cathy's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
