As Betty departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Betty leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Jones (Malloy) and Billy Jones; and her son Jay Noel. She is survived by: her husband James Noel; and her son Gene Noel. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two brothers; one sister; and several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bousley Funeral Home (4980 Milton St, Coatesville, IN 46121). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
