He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Wade and Carolyn Wade (McMillen); and his son Michael James Wade. He is survived by: his children, William Wade (Rhonda) of Attica, IN and Susan Ruth Wade; and his siblings, Arlene Janet Barnett, Judith Ann Reyna, Rita Marie Phillip, Gerald David Wade and Fredrick John Wade. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
