He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Madden and Wanda Madden; his siblings, Carol Hill and Ronald Dean Madden; and his granddaughter Ivy Haines.
He is survived by: his wife Lorie Madden (Garman); and his children, Brian Madden, Heather Madden, Brandon Madden, Thomas Madden (Ashley) and Karla Harris (Drew).
