He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Trivett; his daughter Jamie Trivett; and his siblings, Linda Trivett and Eric Trivett. He is survived by: his mother Marcia Trivett (Amos); his wife Donna Trivett; his daughters, Jennifer Spangler, Holly Fettig (Ed), Tracy Trivett (Johnny), Heather Trivett (Jacob) and Sara Trivett; his stepson AJ Monnett; his siblings, Michael Trivett, Larry Trivett (Zondra), Tim Trivett (Jenny) and Jeannie Cheek (Bob); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Haylee, Kristen, Austin, Hannah, Abby, Andrew, Tim, Nick, Morgan, Logan, Tyler, Haley, Jack, Kinzie, Trey, Tyson, Talon, Tatum and Tegyan.
