He was predeceased by: his father Cecil "Wayne" Rhine; his father-in-law David Pearson; and his grandparents, Letha Livingston McCoy, Glen McCoy, Kathryn Spann Rhine Fellows and Cecil Rhine.
He is survived by: his mother Hattie McCoy Rhine (Stanley); his wife Rita Pearson Rhine; his sons, Antony Rhine (Jennifer) and Sean Rhine (Kayla); his mother-in-law Elaine Graves Pearson; his siblings, Rick Rhine (Tracy), Rod Rhine (Tammy), Retha Rhine Hunsicker (Mike), Rusty Rhine (Kim) and Renita Rhine Elliott (Brian); and his siblings-in-law, Mona Pearson Smith (Keith) and Alan Pearson (Nikki). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
To promote a safe environment all guests attending the visitation or services will be required to wear a mask.
