She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Reinhart Tompkins and William Coy Mayfield; her stepparents, John I. Tompkins and Jackie Mayfield; and her brothers, John I Tompkins Jr., Robert Tompkins, Allen "Lee" Tompkins, William Coy Mayfield Jr. and William "Crawdad" Mayfield.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Humphrey (Heather) of Windham, ME and Brent Humphrey (Kimberly) of Slippery Rock, PA; her grandchildren, Rhenna, Grayson and Rowan Humphrey; her siblings, Michael Mayfield (Judy), Randy Mayfield Frederick Dean (Rebecca), Elizabeth Kienzynski (Bob), Rebecca Laden, Amy Ledesma and Bernadette Boothe; her sisters-in-law, Margie Tompkins and Karen Mayfield; her niece Alison O'brocki; her great-nephew Edward Craig; and her great-nieces, Eleanor Torres, Ember Torres and Ensley Wagner. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
