He is survived by: his wife Christina Monnett (Himes); and his siblings, Dana Monnett (Terry), Dale Monnett (Janet), Russell Monnett (Kelly), Vernon Bothwell (Janie) and Linda Bond. He is also survived by numerous step-children, and step-grandchildren.
