He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Cummings and Edna Cummings (Routt); his wife Mary Ellen Cummings (Cox); his daughter Brenda Osborn; and his siblings, Ted Cummings, Bob Cummings, Audra Vickroy and Betty Monnett.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Kennedy (Richard), Karen Benell (Steve) and Tim Cummings (Barbara); his grandchildren, Kim Conolly (Tom), Ashley Walden (Brian), Nicole Thornburgh (Keith), Holly Howard (Damon), Dustin Cummings (Bailey), Brandon Moon (Emily) and Annette Benell; his son-in-law Tony Osborne; and his siblings, Faye Gaddis, Shirley Brewer (Frosty) and Sharon Mannan (Eddie).
