He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Hodge and Freda Hodge (Haines); and his granddaughter Kylee Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hodge (French); his children, Michael Hodge (Natalie) of Greencastle, Wayne Hodge (Jannifer) of Cloverdale and Mechele Hodge of Plainfield; and his grandchildren, Jaxon Hodge, Catherine Hodge, Kaley Hodge and Caroline Hodge.
