He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Webber and Eva Wilson Webber. He is survived by: his wife Judith Cumbow Webber; his children, Richard and Karen; his grandchildren, Trenton, Billy, Katie, Haven, Grace and Colten; his great grandchildren, Addie and Eli; and his siblings, Marian Webber of Hudson, WI and Robert Russell of Bloomingdale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clinton Public Library or the Charity of their choice.
