He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winters and Alice Winters; his wife P. Joanne; his stepgreat-granddaughter Miranda Harper; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Edington, Larry Neidlinger, Bill Daniels and Jenny Knight.
He is survived by: his sister Norma Daniels of Ocala, FL; his sons, Lesley (Peggy) of Terre Haute and Mike (Mona) of Montana; and his siblings-in-law, Greta Edington of South Carolina, Judy Neidlinger of Noblesville and Larry Knight of Paris, IL. He is also survived by three grandsons; one step-grandson; four great-grandchildren; and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
