She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Rizer and Myrtle Rizer; her husband Arkie Oaks Sr.; her brothers, George, Robert and Larry Rizer; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Oaks.
She is survived by: her children, Arkie Oaks Jr., Tina Cotten (Dave) and Shelley Craft (Donnie); and her grandchildren, Kristina Oaks (Ray), Trever Klyaic, Ashley Oaks, Rick Cotten (Hana), Mick Cotten (Jinger), Olivia Gossett (Brian), Abigail Reyes (Gustavo), Bailey Pearman (Michael), Shayna Craft, Hayley Carroll and Dallas Craft. She is also survived by 3 children, 11 grand children and 17 great grand children, several great-grandchildren, brother & sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
