He is survived by: his children, Michael Diener (Christy) of Dana, Cindy Goldner (Mike) of Terre Haute, Steven Brooks, Jr. of Florida, Penny Fontaine (Dave) of Armington, IL and Donald Brooks (Christy) of Wentzville, MO; and his siblings, David Brooks (Cheryl) of Normal, IL, Jerry Brooks (Linda) of Cincinnati, OH, Mary Kay Murphy of Dayton, OH and Donna Zirkel of Utah. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
