She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Carlson and Florence Vale Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Procarione (Catherine) of Clinton and Brenda Jacks (Keith) of Clinton; her brother Richard Carlson (Virginia) of Springfield, Illinois; her grandchildren, Beth Tittle (Zac), A. J. Procarione (Christina), Adam Wood, Brandy Wood, Courtney Singleton (Brian) and Austin Jacks; and her great grandchildren, Vincent Tittle, Hailey and Harper Singleton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of one's choice in memory of Shirley Megenhardt.
