She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Lovetta; her spouse Jerry Kovarik; and her brother Joe Ingram. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Kovarik (Brenda) of Sanford, FL and Katherine Berry (Jeffrey) of Greenwood, IN; and her granddaughters, Christina Eaton (Michael) of Greenfield, IN, Lindsey Kovarik of Indianapolis, Madeline Kovarik of Indianapolis, Abigail Dixon (Austin) of Ellettsville, IN and Alexandria Thielmeyer (Max) of New Whiteland, IN.. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and a nephew.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to a one-time scholarship to help a South Vermillion woman further her education will be accepted in care of Frist Funeral Home, 458 Blackman Street.
