She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Morgan and Stella Morgan (Jones); her husband Raymond Phelps; and her children, Kathy Paris, Dorothy Trumble and Raymond Phelps, Jr. (Sarah).
She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Schrock (Brad) and Audrey Anderson (Jeff); her brother Carlos Morgan; and her grandchildren, Shaylyn Price, Ayla Schrock, Nicole Garcia, Robert Morlan, Stevie Gibson and Brian Gibson. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
