She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Bino and Mary Bino. She is survived by: her husband William Ramsey, Sr.; her children, William Ramsey, Jr. (Joy), Tammy Wierschem (George) and Thomas Bino (Mary); and her grandchildren, Tom Bino, Jr., Ashley Chapman and Mike Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Rosella to Parke-Vermillion Humane Society; P.O. Box 155, Clinton, IN 47842; or Shiner's Children's Hospital; Frist Funeral Home in Clinton was entrusted with care and arrangements.
