He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Cardin and Myrtle Oaks Cardin; his sister Shirley Cardin; his children, John Fitzgerald (Shannon), Lee (Kelly), David, Philip, Judy, Patricia and Hazel; and his siblings, Frank Jr, Charlie, Curtis, Tillie, Bernice, Barbara, Debbie, Ollie and Bridgette. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
