He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezzie Cohen and Thelma Frazier Cohen; and his siblings, Kenny, Philip, Hezzie Jr., Keith, Vicki, Nedra, Billi Kae, Sharon and Dixie.
He is survived by: his wife Jody; his children, Theresa Cox (Scott), Jim Cohen (Helen), Angie Twigg (Barry) and Tony Callese (Heather); and his grandchildren, Craig, Keith of Beth, JD, Wendy, Bubba, Madison, Makayla, Wynter, Cadence, Savannah, Devin, Zane Jordon, Dante, Gemma, Adalyn, Wyatt and Londyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
