She was predeceased by: her parents, John Piper and Penny Millspaugh; and her stepfather Gene Millspaugh. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Phillips; her daughter Amy Michelle Hale; her sisters, Ronda Zimmerman (Rob), Cohnnie Craig (David) and Mary Millspaugh (Joe); her sister-in-law Cindi Weddle (Dave); her brother Steve Millspaugh (Kim); and her stepchildren, Tina Willis (Chris), Robert Phillips, Dan Phillips, Jake and Joey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
