He is survived by: his parents, Paul K. Baxendale and Carol Hux Baxendale of Universal; his mother-in-law Andrea Dranger Baxendale; his wife Andrea Dranger Baxendale of Clinton; his children, Ashley Weil (Jon) of Clinton and Paul K. Baxendale IV of Clinton; his granddaughter Addalee Weil of Clinton; his sisters, Stephanie Rigsby of Clinton and Erin Watts (Shane) of Clinton; his aunt Pauletta Baxendale; his parents-in-law, Phillip and Jean Dranger; his sisters-in-law, Erin Kozlowski (Brian) and Theresa Dranger (Keith Morgan); and his nieces, Sydnee Rigsby, Emma Barr, Aria Kozlowski and Audrey Kozlowski.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Black Diamond Fire and Rescue.
