He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Murphy and Hilda Murphy (Hodge); his wife Linda Murphy (McBride); and his sister Sunny Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Dickerson (Chad), Katie Clover (Aaron), Megan Murphy, Kenny Murphy (Tracy) and Mike Murphy II.
