He is survived by: his wife Linda Yowell Peperak; his children, Alyson Atlas (Andrew) of Fishers, IN and Michael P. Peperak (Heather); his siblings, Lana Peperak of Clinton, Loretta Peperak of Clinton and Robert Peperak (Vickie) of Cayuga; and his grandchildren, Connor, Brady, Lauren Atlas, Raelynn and Emmerson Peperak.
