He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rex Foncannon, John Foncannon, Vivian Hayes, Bill Hayes, Dorothea Petticrew, Charles-Frayne Petticrew and Stan Petticrew; his nieces, Janice Berkstesser and Cynthia Fuller; his parent-in-law Claude Hickman; his sisters-in-law, Norma Swinford, John Swinford, Geraldine Glazner and Kenneth Glazner; and also, Irene Hickman, Frank Foncannon and Robert Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Foncannon of Clinton; and his nieces and nephews, Nancy Maples of North Carolina, Ann Frayne Hoy of Ohio, Constance Martinec of Florida, Susan Parker of Ohio, Charles Frayne of Ohio and John Jay Foncannon of Texas.
