He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Blake and Ruby Bennett Blake; and his siblings, Melvin Blake, Millie Trittipo, Merle Blake, Mardell Earles, Madonna Hoggatt and Marjorie Judson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Myra Todd of Montezuma and Rebecca Trittipo of Lafayette. He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews, and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations may be made to Southern Care Hospice in Terre Haute, IN.
