He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Givens and Rosemary Roth Givens; and his sisters, Joyce Smock and Sondra Green. He is survived by: his children, Joni Keller of Clinton, Tammy Givens of Terre Haute, Angie Givens of Evansville, Anthony Givens (Kristine) of Covington, Andrew Givens of Mooresville and Nathan Givens of Mooresville; and his grandchildren, Kali, Rayden Ditto, Bobby, Bradly, Brittany Kirkman, Madelyn, Hunter Hargett and Sabrina Givens. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
