She was predeceased by: her father Joseph McDowell. She is survived by: her mother Myrtle McDowell; her grandchildren, Owen, Reece Purcell, Theo, Nolan and Della Burch; her sister Billi Jo McDowell; and her aunts, Jackie Donald (Herb) and Helen Gambaiani. She is also survived by cousins, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clinton Lions Club.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to South Vermillion High School for the Family and Consumer Science Program, honoring Kathi's lifelong dedication to teaching and helping others.
