He is survived by: his parents, Glen Moulton and Mary Rolle Moulton; his children, Shayna Fernandes of Lilburn, GA., David Moulton of California and Greg Moulton (Vilma) of Martinsville, IN; his brother Mike Moulton of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Hudson, Sierra Fernandes, Ryan Conway and Kenny Moulton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Hux Cancer Center or Hospice of Wabash Valley.
