He was predeceased by: his wife Darla Webster Hill; and his brother Ronald Parker Hill. He is survived by: his siblings, Doug Hill of Clinton and Edith Roulo of Oak Forrest; and his siblings-in-law, Scott E. of Clinton and Linda Webster of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
