We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Jack Boardman (Clinton, Indiana), born in Terre Haute, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Herman Boardman and Lucille Whalen Boardman; and his wife Mildred. He is survived by: his grandchild Snoopy; his children, Angela Craig (Bob) of Elizabethtown, KY, Kevin Boardman of Clinton, Lisa Wolfe (John) of Clinton, Suzanne Shannon of Clinton and Kristi Antonini (Rick) of Edwardsville, IL; his sister Betty Nasser of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Karyn, Casey, Teddy, Sean, Adam, Jordan, Cody, Elizabeth, Nicholas and Sophia. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Parke-Vermillion Humane Society.
