It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Carpenter of Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on January 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Carpenter and Helen Williamson Carpenter; his brothers, Robert, George and Edward Carpenter; and his granddaughters, Christlynn and Jacelynn.
He is survived by: his pet John Wayne; his wife Christy Carpenter of Clinton; his brothers, Henry Carpenter of Marshall Il and Mike Wheeler of Marshall Il; his children, Hugh Carpenter (Natasha) of Clinton, Rob Peffley of Prairieton, Georgina Williams (Willie) and Christena Doan (Roger) of Rosedale, IN; his friend Steven Tingley of Marshall Il; and his grandchildren, Kaden, Addyson Lindsey, Lincoln, Landon Doan, Autumn, Ethan Dreher, Genie, William, David, Katie Williams, Teresa and Maria Resendiz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards funeral expenses.
