She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas F. Rigsby and Grace R. Coleman Rigsby; her former husband Lester H. Catterson; her husband Wayne L Blackburn; her brothers, Max L Rigsby and Raymond F Rigsby (Ruth); her brother-in-law Daymer Robertson; her stepsons, Gary L Blackburn and Randy L Blackburn; and her nephews, Tom Rigsby and Wayne Lee Robertson.
She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Robertson (Carl); her stepson Michael W Blackburn (Nancy); her daughter-in-law Tina M Blackburn; her grandchildren, Anthony W Blackburn, Michael J Blackburn (Reina), Robert L Blackburn (Kenzie) and Angela M Garzolini (Sean); and her nieces, Lisa Chubrilo (Mike) and Pat Rigsby. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
